  • 1.  District Three, ONA Holiday Nut Sale will soon be under way

    NUTS!  NUTS! & More NUTS at DISTRICT THREE,ONA

     

     

    The District Three, ONA Ways & Means Committee exists for the main purpose of raising funds to financially assist the District Three, ONA delegates to attend the ONA Biennial Convention and House of Delegates.  The committee plans and executes an annual Holiday Nut Sale in order to achieve this goal.  That NUT SALE has taken place under the District Three, ONA name since 1984 (prior to that, the sale was conducted by the private duty nurses of The Professional Nurses Registry) and will soon be under way for 2016-2017 Holiday Season.

    Every year the district contracts with the King Nut/Peterson Nut Company to provide the area with the most delicious, high quality and reasonably priced gourmet nuts available to the tri-county residents and this year is no exception. These gift packaged delicacies are available in one and two pound containers, salted and unsalted (2lb. mixed nuts only), mixed (with no peanuts) and cashews will be accessible at the office in early October.  Stay tuned for availability and pricing information or call the District Three, ONA Office 330-799-4199 or email us at d3ona5669@yahoo.com.

    The District Three, ONA Board of Directors, Joann Repaskey, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, the Committee Members and staff offer you all our sincerest thanks for making our 2016 holiday nut sale a success. Contact the District Three Office for availability of nuts at sale prices. The proceeds from the sale will be used to fund the District Three Delegates to attend the 2017 ONA House of Delegates. Thank you again to all who sold, bought or even ate the nuts. We owe our success to you.
